Like all designers I like pretty things, but I LOVE pretty and useful things most.

There is nothing worse than receiving a Photoshop file and finding all the layers unnamed, ungrouped and basically just a whole mess. Layer Mayor, Dan Rose obviously felt the same way and created The Photoshop Etiquette Manifesto for Web Designers. A website citing 40 tips and hints to help designers better prepare their Photoshop files, The tips are organised in a logical fashion providing an easy read and great scannibility.
The website itself checks all my boxes. It is beautifully designed (I mean check out that cute faux Photoshop tool bar menu – so super cute). It’s easy to use and the content is gold.
I have to say even I found some helpful hints in there.
Layer Mayor Dan has even turned the website into its own brand and identity with T-shirts, wallpapers and even a printable PDF you can download if you wanted a hard copy version of the website.
